A lavender-loaded steamer plus menthol that fills your shower with calm, cozy aromatherapy that helps you slow down, breathe deeper, and finally stop replaying every conversation you’ve ever had.

Directions: Remove one steamer from bag with dry hands. Place on the shower floor, away from direct water stream. Allow the steam and light water to activate the scent. Enjoy aromatherapy as it diffuses in the steam.
