Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products, but because everyone's skin is unique, we recommend checking the ingredient list and patch testing before full use.

 

Are your soaps handmade?

Yes! Every bar is handcrafted in small batches to help ensure quality and attention to detail. This is why slight variations can happen between bars (ie, not every top will be shaped exactly the same, etc).

 

How long do your soaps last?

Our soaps can last 4-6 weeks and up, depending on the rate of usage and how it is stored in between. We recommend showering with a loofah and then placing it on a soap dish to allow proper ventilation for the soap to dry between uses. These will greatly extend the life of your bar. 

 

Do you test on animals?

Never.

 

Can I return my order?


Because soap, scrubs, body butters etc are hygiene products, most small businesses cannot accept returns. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

Hi! I'm Leanne. The founder behind Soap Appeal Co. Years ago I found myself questioning more and more what was in the products I used day to day, and wanted skincare with ingredients I could understand and feel good about using.

What started as a curiosity quickly turned into a passion. I spent countless hours learning the art and science of soapmaking, experimenting with recipes, and refining every formula until I created products I was genuinely excited to use, and now have the honour of sharing with others.
